Tostados

Looking for a quick, fun, and easy dinner?  Try making tostados!  We make these a lot on Fridays during Lent since they are meatless.

You can either buy the shells already crunchy or just bake some flour tortillas at 450 degrees until they are crunchy (doesn't take long).

Then simply spread re-fried beans on the tostados and top with your favorite toppings- such as guacamole, shredded cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, olives...whatever sounds good!  Let your kids decorate their own.
