Caprese Skewers

I made this as an appetizer for Easter Sunday and they were a big hit.   Very light and refreshing.  I think I will be making them a lot this Spring and Summer.  They are very easy!





I simply bought skewers and cut them in half and then added:
-Grape tomato
-Marinated mozzarella ball (already bought them marinated)
-Half a piece of basil (they basil leaves I bought were huge)
-Another grape tomato
