With the start of a new year are you trying to eat healthier? Consider adding Greek yogurt to your diet or using it in recipes in place of other ingredients.
I was never a yogurt fan, but started eating it once a day a few years ago because I knew it was so good for me. I recently started eating Greek yogurt. Why? Well, a serving of Greek yogurt has significantly more protein than regular yogurt. Plus I like the thicker, creamier texture.
